I want to write a song
That has never been written before,
About what? Of what topic?
I still am not sure…
About love perhaps, or sorrow,
About happiness or about tomorrow…
About desperation, or humiliation,
About a museless girl’s inspiration…
My mind races in an attempt
To be as creative as can be…
My heart beats faster and faster
As the thoughts rush over me…
But, in a moment of despair,
I decide to try no more…
There’s no point, it’s no use,
Because it’s all been said before…
